We operate a no quibble money-back returns policy. If you are not completely satisfied with any of our products simply return them to us within 10 days. Returned items must reach us in their original condition, free of stains or marks and have any manufacturers labels still attached.
It is the customers responsibilty to arrange and pay for carriage services when they are returning items to us.
In the event of any item being faulty due to a manufacture defect PPG Clothing will cover the carriage cost of returning the item. Customers will have the option of a full refund or having the item replaced. There will be no carriage charge on replacement items.
CUSTOMERS MUST NOTIFY US BEFORE RETURNING GOODS.
A 20% RESTOCKING CHARGE WILL BE APPLIED IF NO NOTIFICATION IS GIVEN TO US.
